PREPARATIONS

Preparation for a sale is an essential part of its success. We remove all items from drawers, closets, and containers, sorting, and organizing to ensure that all items, large and small, receive appropriate attention. We identify cleaning needs and implement necessary actions in partnership with trusted cleaning professionals. We price and tag items prior to sale, displaying merchandise to display its potential and setting up a boutique-like experience for the customer. Locked cases for jewelry and small valuables are provided, along with security, if necessary.
TIMELINE

Working in partnership with your needs, liquidation can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, beginning to end. Once the preparation phase is complete, the estate sale will be conducted over a 2 to 3 day weekend for optimal exposure. The doors are open each day for a minimum of 7 hours usually 9 am-4 pm.
ADVERTISING

We customize publicity for your sale, including signs, flyers, and advertising on several well-known sites.
LEFTOVERS
​
We can dispose of any unsold items by coordinating a tax-deductible donation to several partner charities or arranging for pick-up by a disposal company. When applicable, we will provide tax-deductible receipts for your donations.
CLEAN UP
​
We leave the property clean and tidy at the conclusion of the estate sale. We can dispose of any unsold items by coordinating a tax-deductible donation to several partnered charities.
PAYMENT
​
Final payments to our clients are given within 7 days following the sale, and we include an inventory of leftover items.
